With a comprehensive scope of responsibility, she manages critical functions including operational efficiency, strategic and financial oversight, human resources, compliance and risk management, information and cyber security, and IT services and support. Christina also provides accounting services for the firm and several clients, demonstrating her versatility and deep institutional knowledge.
With a tenure spanning over 27 years, Christina has an impressive track record of professional growth and a history of assuming diverse roles within Fortis. Her extensive experience includes previous positions as Office Administrator, Tax Coordinator, Repository Administrator, Office Manager, IT Support, and Family Office Advisor. This broad background provides her with a unique, holistic perspective that strengthens her leadership approach today. She is an active member of Fortis’s Compliance Committee, Transition Team, and Events Committee.
A strong advocate for lifelong learning, Christina has earned prestigious industry certifications, including the Certified Professional in Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP) from the Society for Human Resource Management and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation from the HR Certification Institute.
